Where it all began
Tony Falkenstein establishes Red Eagle Office Supplies, laying the foundations for the business that would eventually become Just Life Group.
Water enters the story
We begin renting water coolers, taking our first steps into the water industry and creating the foundations for what would become Just Water.
Growing our water business
The acquisition of Cool Water expands our presence in the water delivery market and strengthens our position in the industry.
Just Water is born
The business becomes Just Water (NZ), marking an important new chapter and reflecting our growing focus on water coolers and water delivery.
Looking beyond New Zealand
Just Water International is established as we begin looking towards opportunities beyond the New Zealand market.
A major milestone
Following an $8 million IPO, we acquire Aqua Cool, at the time New Zealand’s largest water delivery competitor.
Across the Tasman
We expand into Australia with the acquisition of Clearwater Pty, a Sydney-based water cooler and filter company.
A new chapter
We sell our Australian operations, reduce debt and refocus investment on our New Zealand foundations, including our Auckland head office and bottling operation.
Healthy Homes join the journey
We expand beyond water with the acquisition of Hometech and Dolphin Water Coolers.
Just Life Group
As our vision continues to grow beyond water, Just Water International becomes Just Life Group.
